Description.
Goodfirm is a general practice law firm. Practice areas include start-up businesses, divorce, probate, estate planning and general conflict work. Mark Goodall, a tastefully decorated Vietnam combat veteran, received his law degree from the University of California’s Hastings College of Law in San Francisco in 1977. Mark has been practicing law in Omaha for over 30 years. He has officed in the Benson community since 1995, and is happy to serve and be a part of the “Benson Family.” Sue Green is the firm’s legal assistant. She and Mark have worked together since 1988. Sue has extensive experience in the firm's practice areas. Mark, Sue and everyone at Goodfirm work toward delivering crisp, efficient legal services in an environment where legal professionals are approachable – and return their calls!

Something Unique...
Mark exercises his right brain during off hours constructing sculptures, robots and airplanes out of vintage household items like old Kenmore vacuums and '50s toasters. Pieces are on display at the office and in the storefront windows. Sue enjoys riding her own Harley with her husband and friends on the weekends. Nigel is the office “watch cat” and is on the prowl (when he is not napping). He is the official greeter at the office, and likes to jump inside and investigate bags and purses. Watch Out!

Why Benson?
Having discovered Omaha upon his return from Vietnam, Mark met and married Kathy, a Benson girl. After law school, they settled back in Benson in 1977. When relocating his office in late 1994, they decided to buy the former Topps building. Mark was interested in an area of Omaha that was its own community. Mark was drawn to Benson because of its array of business attributes: within walking distance of the firm are banks, a post office, a library, great places to “do lunch," easy access parking and convenient shopping. Benson was also chosen due to its charm and historic character, and now more than ever, it is a perfect match.
